“Breathe. Let go. And remind yourself that this very moment is the only one you know you have for sure.”
– Oprah Winfrey
Everyone reacts differently to stressful situations, and for some it can be mentally exhausting. I encourage everyone to use the downtime dictated by the pandemic to take care of themselves, to think positively and to spend some of this newfound time envisioning and researching new ideas for the future of your practice.
There is no better time to be mindful of others, and of yourself.
To that end, we’ve included some tips to help you, your colleagues, your friends, and your loved ones manage these challenging times positively and productively. Read it, use it, share it, and be well!

Many of my patients, facebook friends, and colleagues have reached out to me asking how to help.
Here are some of the ways we can join together to help our communities get through this difficult time.
1. Safely check in on family members, friends etc (a text, phone call or video chat is a wonderful way to help everyone feel connected)
2. Be informed. Make sure to use a valid information about COVID-19. I recommend relying on verified sources (such as the Centers for Disease Control or the World Health Organization)
